Friday we were all busy cleaning, painting and fitting parts on the loco all day to get her ready.

After a few hours the Castle starts to rise steam.

Later that evening she was going to make the first movements under her own steam.

Saturday after another long day putting the final parts on the loco, the Castle again after simmering all day is ready to take her second movements under her own steam.

Just moments before Alastair opened her up.

On a break between taking many trips up and down the yard, the Castle stands in the platform road at Tyseley in the very late hours.

It was great to hear the beat of a double chimney Castle again.
